There will be a series of ‘How To’ Demonstrations taking place each afternoon from 1.30pm in our newly opened Walled Garden, and details are HERE.
Be sure to visit the Pallet & Planter Gardens organised by the Scottish Gardeners' Forum, and judged this year by 'Beechgrove' presenter, George Anderson, and Scotland Grows' Editor, M.T. O'Donnell.
At 1pm on Saturday 1st June, Scotland Grows will once again host the Insta Meet-Up in their tent which is a great opportunity to come along and meet in real life the people you connect with online. Open to all.
The Tempo de Groove Jazz band will play on both days from 12–4pm.
This year we have the Tartan Juggler on Friday, and Verity Power, the Flower Fairy on Stilts, and a Pop Up Toadstool Trail from Whimsical Lush and Rod Mountain, on Saturday.
We will also have the Mad Hatter’s Mini Croquet across the event, as well as use of the adventure playground, and the infamous Murray Star Maze to explore.
We are delighted to welcome the Royal Horticultural Society to Scone Garden Fair this year. The RHS Community Outreach team will be hosting a new family zone in the gardens which promises to get everyone gardening whether they are 5 or 85.
This year’s event will see over 30 pupils invited to a picnic on the Palace lawn from a diverse range of backgrounds across Scotland for a fun and educational day out. Pupils will participate in a range of gardening crafts which will also be open to the public including sowing seeds, creating soothing and calming wellbeing branches, and fashioning floral crowns.

Drop in throughout the day: Sow Your Own Mini Eden Seed Pods of Salads and Herbs to Take Home, and a Seed Giveaway
12pm - Tataki Zome: flower pounding and leaf bashing
2pm - Make Floral Crowns
The grounds of Scone Palace cover more than 100 glorious acres and ticket entry to Scone Palace Garden Fair allows you to enjoy the Fair, and to tour the grounds and see the Victorian Pinetum, the Murray Star Maze, the walled garden restoration project, and the kitchen garden, making it a perfect day out for all the family.
Do be sure to take some time out to wander through our beautiful grounds to find a moment of peace and quiet.
