A networked DMX system enables seamless transitions, eliminating the need for temporary lighting and making the ballroom a dynamic, programmable canvas.
LEED Platinum-certified, the building exceeds Seattle’s energy codes by 34% through integrated LED systems, daylight-responsive sensors, and automated controls. Built using a complex “railroad” construction method, the project required meticulous coordination amid COVID-19 challenges.
