The Production process is as follows…

Convert PDF to HTML

Produce publication from HTML files

Supply the staging link within seven business days*;
The first issue may require up to 10 business days for the staging link;
Publications with more than 100 pages or more than 60 articles/ads, may require additional days

Within three business days, client submits the first round of revisions

Following the revised staging link, within two business days client submits the final round of revisions

Try to compile all edits into two requests. Additional rounds of revisions may be submitted for additional charges. Pricing to be determined based on the request and time needed to complete the revision. $150 minimum charge.

Projects will be invoiced after five business days of stage link submission to client. Project will be published live upon client approval.

* If a project has multiple versions, each with minor differences, we will produce one stage link first. Upon approval of that stage link we will produce the remaining versions for approval. This creates efficiencies by being able to make the edit one time instead of making the same edit multiple times.
Note: Projects will be scheduled for production based on an annual publishing schedule supplied by the publisher, or, if an annual schedule is not available or not applicable, upon communication of the next issue file's availability one month in advance of when files will be uploaded.
Clients should notify Nxtbook Media in the event file uploads will be delayed for any length of time, although files will be considered on time within 48 hours of file upload date.
If files are received more than 48 hours from upload date, project start date and turn time will no longer be guaranteed, and will be determined based on production capacity at the time files are received.CoverContentSamplesFilesProcessPrice List OptionsQuestions
