Sales sells the first vehicle; service sells the next vehicle. The old adage has been proven again and again by retention numbers. To give you even more reasons for clients to return to your dealership, Acura Financial Services is introducing five new vehicle protection products bearing the Acura Care name. These products give your clients peace of mind, while at the same time adding revenue opportunities to your dealership.
In this issue of Outlook, we have an article about the new protection products that give clients more complete coverage on their vehicles. These include Tire & Wheel, Windshield, Dent and Key protections as well as Term Protection for wear-and-tear parts like brake pads and rotors. These products ensure that repairs are made using Acura Genuine Parts. Learn more about each offering in this issue and about the training available to you and your F&I team.
Our dealer spotlight showcases Lester Raines Acura in South Charleston, West Virginia. The recent opening of this dealership marks the return of the Acura brand to the Mountain State. Raines plans to build on the success he has already achieved with his Honda dealership in South Charleston, which has always worked closely with American Honda Finance Corporation for its financing needs.
Finally, two shorter articles look at important Acura Financial Services tools that help dealers and clients. The first discusses the Power of Leads tool, which can help with client retention while at the same time helping you build your Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle inventory. The second examines the new certified lease calculator, which is available through the Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle website. The calculator can show clients the payment benefits of leasing an Acura Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle through Acura Financial Services.
Thank you for helping to bring Acura branded products and services to your clients. As always, we are dedicated to your ongoing success.
