Life after college
Randy Hammond is a nursing (registered nurse) student at Montgomery College.
Heather Shockley, M.S. ’24 is in her second year teaching at Taneytown Elementary School and is engaged to be married.
Since receiving a degree in Kinesiology from McDaniel, Astrid Jensen moved to Florida to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic. She is studying at Palmer College of Chiropractic and learning tons every day! When Astrid is not studying or practicing her adjusting skills, she loves to check in on the Green Terror women’s lacrosse program and cheer them on!
Marcus Richardson is currently working as an associate specialist at AstraZeneca in downstream purification and pursuing a master’s in Biotechnology at University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Brooke Boyland is currently attending graduate school at Notre Dame of Maryland University earning a doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
Frieda Mbom Anong is currently attending the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Pharmacy. Frieda occasionally works at a pharmacy to learn more about community pharmacy and improve her skills.
Kobe Morrison recently returned home to Baltimore after completing a six-month U.S. tour of “Charlotte’s Web,” starring as Wilbur the Pig. Now that he’s back and just got cast in a production of a Civil Rights-inspired play called “Soul Force,” he’ll be playing civil rights activist Bayard Rustin. In the meantime, he’s working on more original music. Kobe released a new single “Candles” in 2024 (available on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) and now he’s working on an album, aiming for a 2025 release. As for his puppeteering, he is creating more content for his TCG Puppets YouTube channel and social media accounts and planning more surprises in the future regarding the brand.
Kierra Scott is finally in her field working as a behavioral support specialist on a mobile crisis response team in Baltimore City for youth in schools, homes, and the community. She is also starting graduate school in January to earn a master’s degree in social work with plans of becoming a therapist! Kierra has also volunteered to be the 2023 class reporter.
