The rebrand includes a new logo and visual identity for the company and its operating divisions, reflecting a commitment to a fresh, modern approach to water infrastructure solutions.
Recent acquisitions include Toncco, an underground utilities company based in Ogden, Utah, that now operates as part of Insituform, an Aegion portfolio company.
Founded in 2019 by CJ Nix, Toncco found its niche as a water utility maintenance and emergency service provider for underground sanitary sewer, storm sewer and potable water pipes across Utah. Today, Toncco has grown to become one of the most trusted pipe rehabilitation firms servicing municipal and private developer clients across the state of Utah.
Another acquisition was Leak Eliminators, LLC, a company that delivers sanitary sewer and storm pipe rehabilitation and specializes in major point repairs, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), and trenchless technology, in northeastern Kentucky.
Leak Eliminators also now operates as part of Insituform. Located in Lexington, Ky, Leak Eliminators was founded in 1999 and was acquired in 2018 by Bruce Whitaker, its former General Manager, with support from Doug Mitchell and Brett Setzer.
Today, the company is the trusted underground water rehabilitation service provider for the city of Lexington and Georgetown. Leak Eliminators specializes in major point repairs, CIPP, and other trenchless services.
