STATS Group has made a trio of senior appointments, in order to strengthen its Qatar operations. Gary McDowall became general manager, Qatar, stepping up from his role leading Qatar Operations. He takes over the role from Vikas Shangari, who recently was appointed global sales director at the U.K.-headquartered company. Additionally, Roshan Borkar was appointed head of Sales and Business Development, Qatar, having previously held senior business development and technical sales positions.
On the heels of opening a Houston facility, Paradigm hired Josh Martinez to manage support demand. Previously, he worked eight years Baker Hughes and 15 years specializing in directional drilling and RSS technologies, working to boost drilling performance, removing pipe buckling and delivering longer laterals at a reduced cost per foot.
Decom Engineering appointed Nick McNally as managing director, reflecting a strategic focus on scaling operations, expanding into new markets, and strengthening its position as a leading provider of patented cutting technologies to the global energy industry. McNally has been the company’s commercial director since 2019.
EnerMech appointed Nosa Egharevba as its senior vice president of Integrated Supply Chain & Asset Management. Egharevba is responsible for maturing EnerMech’s global standard in sourcing, purchasing, logistics and capital planning for equipment, as well as the company’s asset management capabilities.
Aurora Energy Services appointed Leigh-Ann Robb as resourcing manager to support and direct the company’s U.K. and international resource needs across multiple business lines. Robb has more than 18 years’ experience supporting offshore construction and operational teams in the oil and gas sector alongside proven expertise in logistics coordination, recruitment, mobilization planning, and client liaison.
