Brian Iverson is retiring as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Black Hills. He will continue in role no later than Oct. 1.
Flow-control products manufacturer NIBCO promoted Brian Jaebker to chief financial officer and Todd Nowicki to senior vice president, finance. Jaebker will be responsible for accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and investor relations. Nowicki’s will lead the pricing team, strategic initiatives and long-range planning.
Jaebker has worked at NIBCO since 2014 and brings past accounting experience to his new role. During his career at NIBCO, he held several positions including director of operations accounting and corporate controller.
Bracewell LLP announced Michelle T. Boudreaux joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner in the energy regulatory group. She joins Bracewell from Baker Botts LLP, where she was a partner in the energy projects and transactions group.
SPIE Global Services Energy, a multi-technical services company appointed Jeronimo Oliveira as its director of the Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit. He spent most of his career in African, specializing in the ports and logistics sector, before moving into the oil and gas sector in 2014, as director of the Oil & Gas division of Necotrans.
NextDecade appointed Tarik Skeik as chief operating officer of the company. He will concentrate on major capital project delivery and operations as the NextDecade works to deliver Phase 1 of Rio Grande LNG (RGLNG) on schedule and within budget on RGLNG Trains 4 and 5.
Paradigm appointed Khaled Wareth as its Drilling Services country manager for Saudi Arabia, in response to the heightened demand for their drilling tools within the Middle East region. He will oversee technical sales and strategic business development.
DTE Energy hired Daniel Mahoney as director of Policy and Regional Affairs.

NETZSCH Pumps & Systems, a global leader in complex fluid pumping solutions, is expanding its operations with a new assembly, sales and service facility located in the foothills industrial area of Calgary, Alberta. The facility spans 11,500 square feet and is equipped with heavy power and weightlifting capacity, ample yard space, and an inventory to support customer needs.
Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRA), a manufacturer of corrosion-resistant alloy tubulars, has completed construction at its manufacturing facility in Brenham, Texas. The expanded capabilities of the mill allow for the accommodation larger outer diameters from 3.543 up to 13.5 inches, heavier wall thickness ranging from 0.175 up to 2.5 inches and longer lengths of up to 70 feet.

The Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP) announced, pursuant to bylaws, former AMPP Vice Chair Kimberly-Joy Harris is filling the unexpired term of former AMPP Chair Paul Vinik, who has resigned from the Board. The term concludes at the end of 2024.
GTI Energy announced safety culture expert Nickolas Stavropoulos and long-time energy industry executive John Somerhalder II are serving as chair and vice chair of GTI Energy’s Board of Directors, effective July 1. The board also elected Kelcey Brown, president and CEO of MidAmerican Energy, and retired energy executive Bill Yardley, to serve as directors. P&GJ
