Trelleborg Sealing Solutions appoints Jonas Karlsson as business unit president for Industrial Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The new role recognizes increased business activity in the region and oversees many of the sectors served by Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. The four regional directors responsible for the Industrial EMEA business will now report to Karlsson.
Offshore company Navantia UK appointed Derek Jones as chief commercial and business development officer. He Jones brings over 30 years of experience in the defense sector to Navantia UK, including extensive leadership roles at Babcock International Group, BAE Systems, and GEC Marconi.
McGuireWoods has hired Charlotte Mitchell, the outgoing chair of the North Carolina Utilities Commission, as a partner in the firm’s Energy Regulatory & Enforcement Practice Group. She’ll be based in McGuireWoods’ Raleigh, North Carolina, office. As chair from 2019-25, she presided over major rate cases, long-term planning proceedings and regulatory investigations involving natural gas, electric, water and transportation providers.
Gina Cannova (Phalen) is returning to O’Brien Right of Way, serving as senior. managing director of the public sector team for Transportation and Water. Cannova had left the firm in 2022 after having worked there for eight years. In this interim period, she headed up the South Central team for Cushman Wakefield’s Infrastructure Practice.

McClung-Logan Equipment Company will now rent, sell and service Takeuchi track loaders, wheel loaders and compact excavators at its locations at 4601 Washington Blvd. in Baltimore, Maryland and 17941 Sussex Hwy. in Bridgeville, Delaware. McClung-Logan continues to carry Takeuchi equipment at its seven branches spread throughout Virginia. The locations in Baltimore and Bridgeville will join those seven as Takeuchi dealers by taking over Takeuchi sales territories formerly covered by dealer GT Mid-Atlantic.
Strohm has been awarded a contract to supply 21 miles (33 km) of its TCP flowline for Saudi Aramco’s Fadhili gas plant in Saudi Arabia. Following a successful pilot with Saudi Aramco, this is Strohm’s first commercial contract for onshore application in the region. The project also marks the first time the company uses its newly offered electrofusion coupler (EFC), a completely non-metallic, welded and fully bonded joint that is corrosion free and enables buried application as it requires no seals.

ROSEN USA expanded its facility in Gahanna, Ohio, part of the metropolitan area of Columbus. Opened in November 2014, the facility is now being expanded to provide regional asset integrity support for the energy sector. The expansion includes a 45,455-square-foot shop and office space, which will prioritize operational efficiency and increase the shop’s capabilities by 400%.
