Navantia U.K. appointed Donato Martínez as its CEO. He succeeded Juan Ignacio de la Cueva. The leadership change follows months of significant progress since the acquisition of Harland & Wolff's four UK shipyards earlier this year.
E Tech Group, a leading provider of automation and control systems integration, appointed Karla Lunan as chief financial officer. In her new role, she will oversee both the finance and human resources teams. Lunan succeeds Sharon Koenig, who is retiring and will remain with the company through July 3.

Global Compression Services opened a new 14,000-square-foot facility in Bloomfield, New Mexico. This facility will provide sales and services to customers throughout the San Juan Basin, replacing their existing Farmington site in New Mexico. Operations began in early June following the move. The team will be led by Kyle West, the long-time Farmington branch manager with more than 30 years of experience at Global Compression.
ECITB Global delivered its Leading a Team Safely (LaTS) course internationally for the first time as part of a pilot program called, Hides Gas Development Company (HGDC Ltd), in Papua New Guinea. The two days of training were delivered to a group of 16 in order to help develop the leadership safety skills of workers operating on the multibillion-dollar Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project in Hela Province, Papua New Guinea.

The Plastics Pipe Institute, Inc. (PPI) announced Mike Casavant has joined the association as the new chair of the Hydrostatic Stress Board (HSB), a technical-based group of voluntary industry experts. Formed nearly 70 years ago, the HSB develops, writes and provides the policies and recommendations for minimum strength characteristics for plastic pipe used in North America in gas, municipal water, wastewater, sewer industrial water plus building and construction system projects.
