TaylorMade offers a bold new take on color scheme with a distressed gunmetal look for its P Series irons called “Battle Worn.”
Each P Series Battle Worn iron – the P-790, P-770 and P-7CB – is individually treated so that no two finishes are the same.
The Battle Worn P-790 players distance irons offer a premium forged feel with a sweet spot up to 24 percent larger and improved gapping. Each head incorporates “SpeedFoam Air” for feel while the high speed 4340M forged face material is 20 percent stronger than previous generations to unlock more distance.
The forgiving forged P-770 irons deliver better feel and more consistent performance throughout the bag. TaylorMade’s flighted center of gravity variable weight system strategically shifts CG depending on the specific iron while the precision milled clubface creates high launch with the long irons and lower launch and higher spin in the short irons.
The P-7CB irons are engineered for players demanding feel, shot-making and consistency. Optimized perimeter weighting and a co-forged tungsten weight offer stability and workability throughout the bag.
All three P Series Battle Worn irons are $1,499 per set.
