Channeling the style and sophistication that made Arnold Palmer a legend, Puma partnered with the AP brand to create a clothing and accessory collection to celebrate the late King’s legacy.
The new Puma Golf x Arnold Palmer Collection takes a “fashion forward” approach with fresh contemporary takes on classic styles, using modern golfers such as Rickie Fowler during last week’s Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill to show off a lineup of which Arnie would have been proud.
“We love working with the Arnold Palmer team to develop items for the AP Collection,” said Chris MacNeill, head of Puma Golf apparel and accessories. “The goal is always to capture the essence of Mr. Palmer’s style with his classic color palette and premium materials. Each item in the new Puma Golf x Arnold Palmer Collection, including apparel, shoes, and accessories, possess design qualities that we feel Mr. Palmer would be happy to wear himself.”
The 2024 spring/summer collection is composed of seven polos ($90), one full zip jacket ($150), pleated shorts ($90), three golf caps and a visor ($40) and four limited-edition footwear styles ($120-$190). Arnie’s iconic umbrella makes the LE footwear styles – highlighted by a high-tech Phantomcat Nitro and refined leather Avant versions – stand out in a unique way from in-line models.
Of course there are pink and blue accents along with his green-red-yellow-white umbrella color palette in the collection as well as a cap logo featuring Arnie’s namesake iced tea. But please, take your caps off at the door.
