Jesper Littorin, a talented young golfer from Sweden, features in a new episode of “Making the Grade” for a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a student golfer.
The Halmstad University student came out on top in the men’s section of the R&A Student Tour Series event at Le Golf National in France last October.
At the venue for the 2018 Ryder Cup near Paris, Littorin enjoyed a successful week, edging out two of his Swedish teammates to triumph. We follow his story as he balances his life as a student with his time on the fairways.
Previous individual stories have featured students Ben Fuller, Nicola Slater and David Kitt.
The R&A runs the Student Tour Series to provide elite amateur championships to enhance high-performance competition amongst the leading student golfers outside of the USA and Mexico. The series was launched four years ago, with the R&A a longtime supporter of student golf.
By holding events at world-class golf courses across Europe, the R&A is providing a pathway for aspiring golfers to follow their dreams.
