Ping has launched its latest range of golf bags, and with both an entirely redesigned collection of carry bags plus an updated choice of cart and trolley bags, it will cater to all tastes.
The 2020 range is spearheaded by the Hoofer Monsoon carry bag and the Pioneer Monsoon cart bag, which have been completely redesigned with new neon styling and block panels and have been engineered to withstand the worst of weather conditions.
The Hoofer Monsoon (£230) is constructed to repel the heaviest of downpours and has four seam-sealed pockets to keep all contents dry. A deployable rain hood gives added protections for your golf clubs while the easily adjustable shoulder pads feature SensorDry technology.
Ping’s new Pioneer Monsoon cart bag (£250) is also extremely water resistant and has six seam-sealed pockets and two ventilated mesh-slip pockets. It also features a 15-way top with large dividers and a cart strap pass-through channel which ensures the bag can be secured firmly to a cart.
The Monsoon family comes in a choice of atomic orange, electric lime and azure blue colours. A black/scarlet/white Hoofer Monsoon bag also is available as is a navy/mint ladies Pioneer Monsoon bag.
If you want a lightweight carry bag, then Ping’s new Hoofer Craz-E Lite and Moonlite bags may be what you are looking for. The Craz-E Lite (£200) is the lightest Hoofer bag ever made. It is engineered with a high tensile-strength fabric and strong, lightweight carbon-fibre legs to help golfers preserve their energy. It has seven pockets, including a seamed-sealed valuables pocket and a full-length apparel pocket while a slip pouch, a key clip and a spacious four-way top deliver optimum levels of organisation.
Weighing in at just 2½ pounds, the Moonlite (£95) is light by any standards and comes with a four-way top and easily can accommodate 14 clubs, a water-resistant bottom and a zippered water bottle pocket.
Other bags in the new range include Ping’s iconic Tour Staff bag, the Hoofer, Hoofer 14, Hoofer Lite, L8, Pioneer, Traverse and DLX.
