Among the pillars of the NCGA Foundation is the ongoing effort to grow the game through junior and youth golf development.
For those juniors and younger players, that means spending some time not only on the driving range and practice greens but also devoting time to honing the mental side of golf.
As part of trying to help our juniors, with both the physical and mental parts of the game, we recently caught up with some of the pros and athletes who competed in the recent PGA Tour AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to get some tips.
We hope this helps, and just so you know, many of the tips can be applied to us older players as well.
