NCGA Member Outings is headed to the foothills of the Sierra Nevada before changing course for Napa Valley Wine Country.
Ready to take a break?
The first stop will be Oct. 6 at Winchester Country Club outside Sacramento. Designed by NCGA Hall of Fame architects Robert Trent Jones and Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the course blends seamlessly with the Sierra foothills, making good use of the streams, meadows and woods and the dramatic elevation changes. As a bonus, the pro shop at Winchester has been rated in the top 100 in the country for two years running.
On Nov. 3-4, meanwhile, we’ll be off to the fabulous Silverado Resort in Napa for rounds on both the North and South Courses. The North Course offers thrilling obstacles for experienced players, while the South Course provides a more relaxed, scenic round. Play just one of the two, or make it a double!
