Ijoined FORME Golf as a virtual trainer during the pandemic and have since taken on a full-time role leading our golf performance strategy. Today, I focus on building scalable golf performance solutions for country clubs and other golf clients around the country, with a focus on equipment selection, space design, individual and small group programming and revenue activation.
Our golf performance team works with clubs to activate new lines of revenue, while driving engagement, retention and member satisfaction. Our core offering includes our hardware and programming focused on one-on-one training, small group clinics and 2-on-1 sessions that pair a golf instructor with a performance coach. These flexible formats give members hands-on access to sport-specific programming without requiring the club to make large investments in new infrastructure or staff.
We deliver our programming through our patented wall-mounted training systems - the FORME Studio and the FORME Lift - both of which are sleek, space-efficient and elegantly designed to elevate the training environment without requiring a large footprint.
The FORME Studio offers immersive on-demand classes and programming focused on strength, mobility and recovery, as well as live personal training and small group sessions. It is ideal for day-to-day wellness and engagement.
The FORME Lift is a digital cable machine that delivers up to 200 lbs of resistance, making it especially well-suited for high-performance strength, recovery and sport-specific training. Both products feature custom golf programs, live training with TPI-certified coaches like me and integrated progress tracking. Optional Hyperice Recovery and FitBench Strength bundles can further enhance the training experience.
Once the FORME system is in place, golfers begin their performance journey with a live TPI assessment using the FORME equipment, which provides real-time insight into functional movement patterns with a focus on identifying any physical limitations that may be impacting performance. Based on those results, we create a personalized program that is aligned with the client’s goals, timeline and skill level.
One of the best use cases we see the FORME Lift being installed into is an existing indoor hitting bay or an underutilized space in or near the facility where golf instruction activity takes place. With the Lift installed in this type of setting, we are able to very effectively bridge the gap between golf instruction and fitness, without requiring a new buildout or added staff. When used in this way, general managers consistently highlight how FORME keeps members on-site longer, supports deeper engagement between golfers and coaches and helps attract and retain members with a modern, performance-driven amenity.
