Experience a traditional Lakota tale told through shadow puppets by Danielle SeeWalker. After the storytime, you’ll make your own shadow puppets. Danielle is Húŋkpapȟa Lakȟóta and a citizen of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in North Dakota. She is an artist, writer, activist, and mother. Ideal for all ages.

The LoUD (Library of Unity & Diversity) free family friendly music and performance series offers refreshments and is supported by Denver Arts & Venues’ Denver Music Advancement Fund. This month features Tinikling dancers and storytelling by Red Feather Woman.
Red Feather Woman, also known as Rose Red Elk, is a traditional Native American storyteller. She is an enrolled member of the Assiniboine/Sioux Tribes and originally from Ft. Peck Reservation. She will share stories and a song, then lead a social round dance. Ideal for all ages.
