Take a break to move mindfully! Join yoga instructor Sarah Nelson for this short 30 minute virtual yoga practice intended to get you moving to unwind the accumulated stiffness from extended periods of sitting at a screen and improve how you feel in both body and mind. The practice will consist of breath awareness and mindful movement, including a combination of seated, standing, and reclined postures. If possible, wear something comfortable that gives you room to move, and having a yoga mat is optional. options will be given for varying levels of mobility and ability, and no prior experience or special equipment is necessary - only your body, your breath, and an open mind!

The practice will consist of breath awareness and mindful movement, and will primarily be seated postures utilizing your chair and desk with a few optional standing postures. If possible, wear something comfortable that gives you room to move, and a sturdy stable chair is recommended but optional. Options will be given for varying levels of mobility and ability, and no prior experience or special equipment is necessary - only your body, your breath, and an open mind!
