Enbridge Inc. announced the following executive leadership changes: Bill Yardley, executive vice president and president, gas transmission and midstream, will retire May 31. Effective this month, Cynthia Hansen, executive vice president and president, gas distribution and storage, has been appointed to succeed Yardley; Michele Harradence, senior vice president and chief operations officer, gas transmission and midstream, succeeds Hansen; and Vern Yu, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been assigned expanded accountability for corporate development and energy services and has been appointed executive vice president, corporate development and chief financial officer.
At NiSource Inc., Lloyd Yates was named the company’s next president and chief executive. Yates succeeds Joe Hamrock, who retired from the company’s board effective Feb. 14 but will facilitate the transition for a time in a non-executive role. Yates joined the company’s board in 2020 and will continue to serve as a director. Most recently, Yates served as executive vice president, customer and delivery operations, and president, Carolinas Region for Duke Energy Corporation.
PG&E Corporation announced the appointment of Yvonne A. McIntyre as vice president, federal affairs. She will be responsible for representing the interests of PG&E’s customers before the federal government and policy groups and for developing and implementing all aspects of the company’s federal engagement.
