ACUHO-I Implements New Software System
ACUHO-I launched a new member database system this month. Along with managing membership purchases and renewals, the system will be used for conference and event registrations and for purchasing online courses, Campus Housing Index reports, and publications from the ACUHO-I bookstore. Users will also be able to use the portal to review invoices and track their event history.
All members will receive an email from the ACUHO-I Customer Service account that will provide their username, a link to create a new password, and a link to the login page. Users are encouraged to choose a strong, unique password that is at least ten characters long and contains a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters. Some online services may be temporarily unavailable during the transition, but all steps are being taken to limit any inconvenience. Anyone experiencing issues can send their help request to office@acuho-i.org or contact customer service at 614-292-0099, available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. US Eastern.
The online application is open for program proposals for 2025 Campus Home. LIVE! to be held June 28–July 1, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio. The deadline is January 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern). ACUHO-I is using a new submission system this year, so members are encouraged to read about the steps for submitting a proposal in the online proposal assistance guide before they submit it. More details about the types of proposals the Association is looking for and the proposal submission steps are available on the call for programs webpage.
