The presentation will include licensing requirements for technical data, technology and deemed export licenses, as well as license exemptions/exceptions that may be applicable. This is a session you won’t want to miss!
Electronic Export Information (EEI) is required by ITAR, EAR and FTR to be filed in the AES system, and you rely on your freight forwarder or trucking carrier to handle this critical step. You may know that you can set up your own account in CBP’s ACE system and file your own AES information. Filing in AES Direct is a lot simpler than you may realize. This session is what you need to understand the whole process and the steps to take in order to successfully file the required EEI and to create reports that will let you see what forwarders are filing on behalf of your company. Don’t miss this unique session!
