We're thrilled to welcome a new member to C-TEN: Tricia Chester, VP of HR at United Legwear and Apparel. With her 15-plus years of global HR leadership and experience building high-performance cultures for brands like Skechers, Champion, and PUMA, I know she'll bring tremendous perspective to our conversations.

We’re excited to share some important updates to the 2025 HRO Today Association Awards and Conference that will make the program even more impactful for our members.
To better reflect a full calendar year of member accomplishments, move further from the busy U.S. Thanksgiving season, and avoid overlap with other HRO Today events like the 2025 HRO Today Forum EMEA, the Awards program and Association Conference are moving to Thursday, February 19, 2026. This timing will allow us to deliver an even stronger program and celebrate your achievements in a bigger way.
Given this new conference date, we are extending the deadline for submitting a nomination for the 2025 HRO Today Association Awards. The new Awards nomination deadline is December 31, 2025, and we've streamlined the categories to spotlight the most meaningful areas of excellence:

Business Partnership Excellence
NextGen Talent Leader of the Year
Member Leadership Award
Excellence in HR Leadership
HR Team of the Year
