We’ve refreshed the categories, streamlined the process, and moved the celebration to Thursday, February 19, 2026, to make the program even more impactful. This is your chance to shine a spotlight on the people, teams, and initiatives driving HR excellence across the globe. This year we’ve added several exciting new categories, including HR Team of the Year and NextGen Talent Leader of the Year.

Our C-TEN Annual Fall Retreat in Orlando was a tremendous success — bringing together CHROs and senior HR leaders for a day filled with insight, collaboration, and connection.
From conversations on AI-powered talent strategies and leadership development to powerful lessons in resilience and continuity, our members shared ideas and best practices that will help shape HR leadership in the year ahead.
