As we close out the year, I'm thrilled to share that November has been one of our most globally expansive months yet. From welcoming new members across APAC, EMEA, and North America to celebrating the achievements of our leaders at the 2025 HRO Today Forum EMEA, our community continues to grow in reach, diversity, and impact. The momentum we are building together is unmistakable—and inspiring.
This month's new member class truly reflects the international strength of our Association. We're excited to welcome HR and talent leaders from Bulgaria, Spain, Taiwan, and India, each contributing new expertise and perspective to our community.

Last week, we gathered in Portugal for the 2025 HRO Today Forum EMEA and it was two days filled with learning, conversation, and celebration across the region. The event brought together HR and talent leaders representing diverse markets, reinforcing just how global our community has become.
During the Forum, the EMEA Board of Advisors also convened for its fourth quarter meeting, aligning on 2026 priorities and strengthening cross-regional collaboration. A special thank you to Predrag Pivarski (HTEC) and Gidon Ohana (KellyOCG+Sevenstep) for facilitating such thoughtful discussions during the meeting!
