Some consumer-facing publications saw readership increase nearly 100-fold, with readers spending significantly more time exploring content. “The amount of time that the reader is spending in the publication seems to be the biggest ‘aha moment,’” explained Yuen before adding, “across the board, each of the members’ engagement is definitely on the up since we made the transition.”
