In addition to advising and assisting in writing medical reports, and addressing complaints in over 300 of these cases, we have supported members in relation to more than 450 of them, including:

OrthoWe have studied all claims, including those defended, not pursued, and settled. We feel sharing our learnings about why patients decide to take action – and the reasons why claims are settled – is valuable.
