Mapping Sales Training Results With Impact

In the first article, Peter shares the background on the project and her work with supplier partner ACTO on a learning dashboard. She also describes a five-point process to map out the dashboard, as well as outlining some challenges Novartis faced.

Peter will also show you the benefits realized from the data-driven training initiative and the advantages Novartis received going forward.

A New Model for Measurement

In the second article, we use a workshop Peter conducted at the LTEN Annual Conference in June 2024 as a starting point to dig deeper into her work with supplier partner IC Axon to build the measurement strategy. You’ll learn some of her day-to-day activities to support trainers and learners, and learn more about the communications channels used.

We’ll also show you how the primary focus on performance is a first step toward excellence and how the voice of the learner was an important element for Novartis.
