As we navigate these changes, LTEN remains at the forefront – providing you with resources, insights and connections to help you excel.
It is my honor to step into the role of president of the LTEN Board of Directors for the next two years. As we move forward in a rapidly evolving industry, I am both excited and committed to working alongside our members to advance professional development, foster innovation and strengthen our community.
As your new board president, I am committed to several key priorities:
Enhancing professional development: Expanding training opportunities that empower our members to stay ahead in an evolving industry.
Fostering collaboration: Strengthening partnerships between life sciences learning professionals, training experts and industry partners to drive innovation.
Embracing new learning technologies: Ensuring we have access to knowledge of cutting-edge tools like AI-driven training, virtual reality and microlearning to enhance engagement.
Life sciences learning professional certifications: Creating new certifications from LTEN to separate us from other learning professionals and continue our commitment to the life sciences industry.
LTEN thrives because of our engaged and passionate community. I encourage you to share your insights, participate in discussions and take full advantage of the resources available to you. Whether through our annual conference, workshops, webinars or mentorship, there are countless ways to grow and contribute.
