Wes Paul was named vice president of sales and marketing at Aries Industries, the leader in state-of-the-art equipment for inspection and maintenance of underground infrastructure. He replaces Jim Kraschinsky, who has retired from the position.
Paul brings more than 20 years of experience in company brand management and team development. Most recently, he was general manager at SPXFLOW, in Charlotte, N.C., in its Johnson Pump Marine Brand for the Americas. Previously, he held leadership roles for well-recognized brands such as Generac Power Systems, Arctic Cat, American Honda Corp. and Mercury Marine.
Paul holds an M.S. in organizational leadership and a B.S. in applied information technology, both from Marian University, Indianapolis. His career reflects consistent achievement in driving revenue growth, using data to formulate marketing decisions, and managing teams to reach challenging goals.

Lane Enterprises
Tony Radoszewski joined Lane Enterprises, Inc. (Lane), the nation’s second-largest producer of both corrugated steel and corrugated plastic pipe, in the new position of senior vice president of Marketing and Communications.
Radoszewski will lead Lane’s efforts to broaden market opportunities in numerous civil infrastructure applications. A veteran of the pipe industry, he brings more than 40 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, business development and executive management to the company.
“Tony has extensive knowledge of the pipe industry as well as strong leadership abilities that will help take our company to the next level,” said Patrick X. Tony, with his excellent marketing, communications and creative skills, will enable our company to carry that beneficial message forward.”
Prior to Lane, he was president and CEO of the Plastics Industry Association, PLASTICS, the Washington, DC, trade group that supports the plastics supply chain in the United States. During his tenure, the association implemented its first-ever, three-year strategic plan which led to identifying, developing and executing strategic initiatives focusing on advocacy, communications, member engagement, education and sustainability.
He also has experience as president of the Plastics Pipe Institute, director of Marketing and Business Development for Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., president of Wentworth Group International, a business-to-business marketing firm specializing in market and product development for industrial/manufacturing clients; and Phillips 66 Company/Phillips Driscopipe (now part of the Performance Pipe Division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company), where he started his career.
