Vanair Manufacturing, Inc., a Lincoln Electric Company, and the leading provider of Mobile Power Solutions, appointed Mark Poehl as regional sales manager. In his new role, he will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional support to dealers in the North Central region.
Poehl brings more than two decades of industry experience, with a proven track record of success in sales, engineering, and management within the air compressor and related equipment sectors. Most recently, he was regional sales manager at Atlas Copco, where he demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth and build lasting customer relationships.

New Holland Construction
New Holland Construction appointed Brian Weisbaum as the new head of its Noth America operations.
He brings a wealth of experience and a new vision to the company. A CNH veteran who has led several initiatives for both CNH construction brands, Wiesbaum previously was leader of Network Development and Sales Support, and Global Customer Experience. Weisbaum’s top priority will be strengthening New Holland’s dealer network and building stronger dealer relationships, along with a heavy focus on bringing digital retailing to the construction industry.
Weisbaum will replace outgoing Tyler Mills, who led the North American business between 2020 and 2024. Mills will move into a new CNH position as head of Construction Parts Commercial, North America, overseeing parts and after-sales commercial operations for CASE and New Holland Construction brands.
New Holland Construction sells and services an innovative line of construction equipment, including a full line of skid steer and compact track loaders, compact wheel loaders, tractor loader backhoes, small articulated loaders, and mini and midi excavators. Sales, parts and service are provided by more than 700 New Holland dealers throughout North America.
Komatsu
Rod Schrader is stepping down from his chairman and CEO roles at Komatsu America Corp. and will fully retire effective June 30, 2025.
Since joining Komatsu in 1987, as a product manager, Schrader has held various roles within the company covering marketing, sales and management. In 2015, he was appointed senior executive officer of Komatsu Ltd., headquartered in Tokyo.
He has served as chairman and CEO of Komatsu America Corp. since 2012, where he oversees the company’s large manufacturing footprint, as well as product distribution for construction, forestry, mining and utility equipment, technology and services.
Under Schrader’s leadership, Komatsu revitalized and expanded its mining dump truck business, strengthened its dealer network, introduced Smart Construction and Smart Quarry technologies and efficiently integrated Joy Global (now Komatsu Mining Corp.) into the Komatsu family.
Rod Bull became CEO of Komatsu North America Corp. effective April 1. Previously serving as executive vice president of the North America region, he brings nearly 25 years of leadership experience in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry, including 14 years with Komatsu.
Since 2011, he has held numerous senior leadership roles, including general manager of the Western U.S. region, vice president and general manager of Loader Parts, and vice president and general manager of the North America Mining Division. Prior to joining Komatsu, he had 10 years of experience within the industry in various commercial roles.
Hiroyuki Ogawa, president and representative director, CEO of Komatsu Ltd., will transition from his current role this fiscal year to assume the role of director, chairman of Komatsu Ltd., succeeding Tetsuji Ohashi.
At that time, Takuya Imayoshi, currently serving as director, senior executive officer, and supervising business coordination, will step into Ogawa’s role as president and representative director, CEO of Komatsu Ltd. UI
