M.J. Keller & Associates, a provider of safety and regulatory compliance solutions, appointed Stephanie Schmidt as the company's new vice president of Client Service, effective Jan. 1. Schmidt will succeed Kari DuBois, who is retiring. Previously, she served as the senior director of Service Operations.
The Murchison Law Firm has changed its name to Murchison O’Neill to reflect the addition of Haley O’Neill. O’Neill became a member of the firm Jan 1. 2025. She counsels owners and operators of hazardous liquids and gas pipeline facilities and has extensive experience in pipeline safety regulatory compliance, working with PHSMA and the Railroad Commission of Texas.
Renewable natural gas producer Vanguard Renewables added two key members to their RNG supply team. Justin Brady, former head of the LNG and Commercial business at Chesapeake Energy joined Vanguard Renewables as vice president of RNG Supply. Joining him is Jeffrey Allison, the former vice president of Business Development at Redtail Renewables.
McElroy, designer and manufacturer of thermoplastic pipe fusion equipment, announced 25-year veteran of the plastic pipes industry Volker Köhler will play an integral role in helping McElroy grow its business in Europe, the company said. In his new position, Köhler will provide support and service to channel partners and end users in the region. He will work alongside McElroy UK operations to promote the benefits of both plastic pipe fusion and McElroy’s rugged and reliable equipment line.
Integrated project solutions company EnerMech appointed Jason Harrower as its new global Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) director to drive a safety-first culture across all levels of the business. Based in Aberdeen, Scotland, he will join the organisation’s senior leadership team.

ROSEN USA has expanded its facility in Gahanna, Ohio, part of the greater metropolitan area of Columbus. Originally opened in November 2014, the facility is now being expanded to provide regional asset integrity support for the energy sector. The expansion includes a 45,455-square-foot shop and office space, which will prioritize operational efficiency and increase the shop’s capabilities by 400%, the company said.
Inspection service Fulkrum, launched a new entity in Iraq and will provide surveillance services for a major Gas Hub development project in the region. The new entity, registered in Basra, enhances its presence in Iraq and strengthens its ability to bid for and secure large-scale contracts. The company’s regional manager is Muhammad Tayyab.
STATS Group announced a significant expansion of its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, marking a strategic milestone in the company's global growth. The company has opened a new 2,500 square-meter base in Dammam in the country’s Eastern province, and the newly created Saudi operating company STATS Limited Co. for Oil Services has been awarded approved vendor status by one of the Kingdom’s leading energy operators. The company will become the first Saudi-dedicated hot-tap and double-block and bleed isolation specialist.
Motion Industries, a distributor of maintenance, repair and operation replacement parts, will acquire the operating assets of M.B. McKee Company in January. McKee is a distributor of industrial bearings.
Trillium Flow Technologies’ Floway brand is celebrating its 90th anniversary. The international industry leader provides vertical turbine pumps to the water and wastewater, oil and gas, mining and mineral processing, energy and industrial markets. Founded in 1934 as Fiese & Firstenberger Manufacturing in Fresno, California. The brand originally specialized in manufacturing pumps for the agriculture and farming industries in California.

The Board of Directors for the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) appointed Michael McMahon to serve as the chairman of the organization for a one-year term. He is the senior vice president and general counsel of Boardwalk Pipelines, and he serves on its Board of Directors. He previously served as INGAA’s chairman in 2015.
INGAA also appointed Cynthia Hansen, executive vice president and president, Gas Transmission and Midstream, at Enbridge as vice chair. She Hansen previously served as INGAA’s second vice chair.
