Dominion Energy announced the retirement of Carter M. Reid, executive vice president, chief of staff and corporate secretary of Dominion Energy and president of Dominion Energy Services, who is stepping down from her roles, effective Jan. 1, 2024. Reid has worked at Dominion Energy for nearly three decades.
Lyndon C. Taylor joined ONEOK Inc. as executive vice president, chief legal counsel and assistant secretary of ONEOK, reporting to Pierce H. Norton II, president and CEO.
Kazi Hasan resigned as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Puget Sound Energy and Puget Energy Inc. Former CFO Daniel Doyle has been brought back to assume the role in the interim while the companies search for a permanent successor.

He continues reporting to Robert M. Blue, chair, president and CEO. Also, Regina J. Elbert, senior vice president of human resources, became senior vice president and chief human resources officer, also reporting to Blue.
Tania Ortiz Mena has been appointed president of Sempra subsidiary Sempra Infrastructure. She will lead three business lines – clean power, energy networks, and LNG and net-zero solutions. Ortiz Mena most recently served as group president of clean power and energy networks at Sempra Infrastructure.
Compliance and consulting company J.J. Keller & Associates announced Robert L. Keller retired as chairman of the company's board of directors and will become chairman emeritus. James J. Keller, previously treasurer and vice chairman of the board, led the company’s initial printing and distribution operations. He served as president beginning in 2006, president and CEO from 2012 to 2013, along with holding vice chair and treasurer positions on the board.
Chris Mason was promoted to senior vice president, Supply Chain, by flow-control products and system provider NIBCO. In his new role, Mason will be responsible for product engineering, advanced technology, safety and compliance and global procurement. He will continue to report to Ashley Martin, president and COO.

Management automation company SteelTrace is collaborating with Subsea7 on its first pipeline project in the North Sea. The company will capture structured data from manufacturers and automatically cross-referencing it against project requirements.
STATS has been commissioned by a new client to deploy its double block and bleed isolation technology to isolate the 20-inch Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline in Western Australia. Its other projects in Western Australia, included two work scopes, (double and quad 6-inch pipeline) and a quad 14-inch isolation on the Parmelia Gas Pipeline.
Ocensa, the Columbia hydrocarbon transporter awarded ROSEN Group in the Technology and Innovation category at the Supply Award 2023. The award highlights ROSEN’s outstanding contribution to the implementation of innovative technologies for pipeline integrity management, in this case, the identification of circumferential cracks in pipelines caused by external factors, such as underwater currents and ground movement.

The American Petroleum Institute (API) named Mason Hamilton as Vice President of Economics and Research. Hamilton joins API from the International Energy Forum (IEF), where he served as special assistant to the secretary general. Prior to IEF, Hamilton was a senior advisor in the Office of Oil and Natural Gas at the U.S. Department of Energy. Hamilton also previously was a lead petroleum market analyst for the U.S. Energy Information Administration. P&GJ
