Mike
Innocenzo, who
had been president and CEO at Exelon’s PECO subsidiary, was promoted to
executive vice president and COO at Exelon. Dave Velazquez, who
previously held the position of Exelon executive vice president of Utility
Operations and Technology, succeeded Innocenzo in his previous role.
Phil
La Susa
has been hired as assistant vice president, Gas Strategy and Sustainability, at
Alliant Energy. He previously served as vice president of Strategic Growth and
Client Engagement at TRC Companies.
Sempra
appointed Jennifer M. Kirk to the company’s board of directors. She is Kirk
is currently the global controller and chief accounting officer of Medtronic
plc and has deep executive experience in finance, accounting and capital market
activities, including more than 20 years in the energy industry. With the
appointment, Sempra will have 10 directors with three having been newly elected
over the past five years.
STATS
Group appointed Angus Bowie to the new position of chief technology
officer. He will spearhead innovation
and product development initiatives across the company and will collaborate
closely with Engineering Director Doug Krokosz to leverage STATS’
technical talent.
National
Grid appointed Courtney Geduldig to chief of Corporate Affairs officer.
The newly created role will be manage on a global level and be part of the
group executive committee.
Isaac
Maron
rejoined Mayer Brown in Washington, D.C., as a partner in the tax practice and
as a member of the global Projects & Infrastructure team. He was most
recently at Latham & Watkins LLP. Maron advises clients on a range of tax
aspects of the development, financing, and acquisition of renewable energy
assets. particular focus on wind, solar and storage assets.
Harry
Sideris
has been promoted to president at Duke Energy, after 28 years with the company.
Brian Weisker was named president of the company’s gas business,
replacing Sasha Weintraub. In addition, Steve Young, executive
vice president and chief commercial officer, announced his retirement from
Duke, as did Michelle Mendoza, director, Climate Strategy and Execution.
Exelon
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Amy Best
retired after 32 year with the company. She will be succeeded by Denise
Galombos, formerly of BGE. Doug Brown also retired as senior vice
president and chief investment officer, with Jessica Hart, vice
president on Investment Strategy and Public Markets, promoted to that position.

Raymond
has been appointed as president of Central Hudson Gas & Electric and will
take over as president and CEO when Christopher Capone retires in October.
Vince
Parisi
became the president and COO of Northern Indiana Public Service Company after
serving as the interim in that capacity.

McElroy recently hosted
a ribbon cutting to commemorate the opening of the McElroy Museum. Located in
the company’s new, 193,000-square-foot Tulsa, Oklahoma, metro campus, the
McElroy Museum details the 70-plus-year history of the company, from its
founding in 1954 to its latest cutting-edge products. The facility consists of
a series of vignettes, each one showcasing a milestone in McElroy’s history.
This includes the first products designed by founder Art McElroy.

Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP) welcomed Energy Transfer and
Phillips 66 as its newest members, expanding to 31 members. In the five years
since its founding, the PSP has nearly doubled in size and exponentially
expanded its impact in Southeast New Mexico and West Texas.
