HP Tagline--FOB--Global Project DataGulf Energy Information’s Global Energy Infrastructure database is tracking nearly 1,230 active projects in the hydrocarbon processing industry. Asia continues to be the leader in total active projects, followed by the Middle East and the U.S. These three regions account for more than 60% of total active projects globally. When broken down by sector, most projects are in the refining industry (37%), followed by petrochemicals (33%) and then gas processing/LNG (30%).
