On October 11, Gulf Energy Information celebrated the inaugural Gulf Energy Information Excellence Awards. The black-tie gala recognized the energy industry’s leading innovations and thought-leaders that are progressing the oil and gas industry to a better future.
This year, more than 400 nomination submissions were received. Of these, more than 180 finalists were selected. Honorees received awards in 43 categories, which included technologies and innovators from the upstream, midstream, downstream, carbon capture and legal sectors. TABLE 1 details the winners in each category focused on the hydrocarbon processing industries. A list of the winners in every category—regardless of the oil and gas sector—can be found here.
The 2023 Gulf Energy Information Excellence Awards were generously sponsored by Aramco, Expro, Lummus Technologies, Halliburton, SLB, RAV Technologies, Eddie V’s and the Women’s Global Leadership Conference in Energy.
Regardless of whether a technology, service or person was deemed a winner, these innovations and people should be recognized and celebrated for their contributions to the global processing industries. Hydrocarbon Processing would like to congratulate the winners and honor those that were finalists within their respective categories. HP
