Welcome back! As many of our global subscribers know, Gas Processing & LNG was not published in a digital compilation in 2023. In order to provide the best product, the editors took a step back and designed a new look and feel for the publication. This includes a newly designed and more interactive website, as well as the enhanced digital publication you see now.
The new Gas Processing & LNG will be published every other month and will contain the detailed technical case studies and trends-based articles our global subscriber base wants. In these pages, authors from around the world will provide new pathways and technologies to optimize plant operations and global and regional natural gas/LNG value chains. This includes various technologies covering such topics as process optimization; infrastructure; pipelines; project management; LNG, including floating vessels such as FLNGs and floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs); hydrogen; process controls, instrumentation, automation and sensors; carbon capture and carbon dioxide mitigation; modularization; maintenance, reliability and inspection; and much more.
This issue—the first in the new PageRaft format—focuses primarily on new digital technologies that are helping natural gas plants and LNG operators boost efficiencies for safer, more profitable and more sustainable operations. This issue also examines new processes to optimize the startup of amine systems, the design of high-pressure injection systems, how advanced process controls are increasing LNG liquefaction operations, and more.
However, Gas Processing & LNG needs your continued support. As we launch the new look and feel of the publication, we are seeking future technical materials. If your organization would like to submit an abstract or full article for possible placement in Gas Processing & LNG, contact Lee.Nichols@GulfEnergyInfo.com for more information regarding the editorial process, specifications and guidelines. Together, we can provide the global natural gas and LNG industries with the latest technologies, equipment and services that can enhance these industries toward more efficient, safer and more profitable operations.
