To the Goose Creek Memorial Class of 2024,
YOU DID IT! It is hard to believe that our time together is ending. However, it is your time to start the next chapter of your lives. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to serve as your principal for the past three years and for some of you much longer.
The staff and I recognize how you worked diligently in and out of the classroom. We were with you many times as you encountered challenges, obstacles, and successes. We see you as a strong class that has risen to the top in our community. We have faith that each of you will remain committed to creating a better world for us all.
My personal message to you:
Success can look different for all of us. Not everyone must be the same, but I encourage you to make good choices to lead a life you can be proud of. As you leave GCM, look for the good around you and enhance it. Pay it forward and be true to yourselves. You are incredibly special to me. I will remember many good times with you, and I always enjoyed welcoming you home each morning as many of you entered from the student parking lot. Remember that Goose Creek Memorial will always be your home.
