After watching PGA TOUR Pros try to hold the green on the par-3 17th at TPC Sawgrass, have you wondered how you’d fare at one of golf’s toughest tests? Or how well you could navigate the narrow corridors carved through oak trees at TPC San Antonio? There’s no need to wonder. You can book a golf vacation at TPC locations across the country and walk in the footsteps of some of your favorite TOUR professionals, all while experiencing tournament-like conditions.
The TPC Network—owned, operated, and licensed by the PGA TOUR—includes 30 premier, private resort and daily fee golf properties designed by some of golf’s most elite architects. All the courses were designed to host TOUR-sponsored golf tournaments, and many have, including TPC Sawgrass and TPC San Antonio. Those same TPC venues also give recreational golfers the unique opportunity to test their skills on the same layouts where the world’s best golfers compete.
In 2023, TPC Sawgrass hosted THE PLAYERS Championship, won by Scottie Scheffler, TPC San Antonio was the site of the Valero Texas Open, won by Corey Conners. You can book a tee time or golf vacation at both these venues and experience the same layout and conditions as the pros. Both offer a variety of Stay & Play options to suit any sized group.
Designed by Pete Dye to challenge TOUR Pros as no other golf course had done before, THE PLAYERS Stadium course is not just the cornerstone of a visit to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, it’s the golf experience of a lifetime. If you want to experience TPC Sawgrass like the pros, check out the TOUR Player Experience. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity allows you to enjoy every detail of TPC Sawgrass as professionals would. Each trip component is personally customized, from your professional caddie with VIP service to exclusive access to the TOUR Player-only locker room, giving you the most authentic and unforgettable round of golf.
While the Stadium Course has been splashed across TV screens for decades, Dye’s second course at TPC Sawgrass, Dye’s Valley course, offers a perfectly balanced golf experience winding through North Florida’s naturally compelling landscape. Opened in 1987, Dye’s Valley has hosted numerous Korn Ferry Tour events and is consistently rated as one of the top courses in Florida.

Insider Tip
Golfers receive a commemorative bag tag when they check in at the first tee of THE PLAYERS Stadium Course. Next to the resort locker rooms, you can have the tag engraved for free. Most guests have their name and score for the day or their score on #17 engraved on it.
One of only three properties in the U.S. to have hosted two TOUR events annually, TPC San Antonio offers two very different playing experiences. The Pete Dye-designed Canyons course, which hosted the PGA TOUR Champions San Antonio Championship from 2010 to 2015, features Dye’s signature wide fairways and panoramic hill country views.
While very different from the traditional, tree-lined Oaks course (site of the Valero Texas Open) designed by Greg Norman, the Canyons course stands on its own as a tournament venue in terms of design, strategy, and Hill Country beauty. The Canyons’ dramatic elevation changes make it a challenge for scratch golfers and novices alike. Thanks to the differing topography, the two courses complement one another. Each encompasses its own unique look, feel, and playing experience for members and resort guests to enjoy.
Your experience at TPC San Antonio doesn’t end when your round is complete. Make sure to explore all the resort’s amenities, including the luxurious Lantana Spa, the nine-acre River Bluff Water Experience (featuring activity pools, slides, lazy river, and beach-entry pool), and the perfect spot to catch the big game—the High Velocity Sports Bar.
