Ecco Golf’s spring/summer collection features a Classic Hybrid model that offers a timeless look with a modern twist to the golf shoe.
The Classic Hybrid offers a premium look and feel, with an upper fashioned from rich and embossed Ecco leather, a soft leather lining and a leather-covered OrthoLite insole. It features Hydromax water-repellent technology and a welt made with 52 percent recycled leather fibers.
For grip and comfort in all playing conditions, the Classic Hybrid is set on Ecco’s original E-DTS Twist system, which has enlarged and rotated support bars that improve durability and multi-directional traction.
Despite its traditional look, the Classic Hybrid has a lightweight, flexible feel utilizing Ecco’s Fluidform Direct Comfort tech that ensures a balance of cushioning and rebound in a one-piece shoe without the use of glue or stitching to enhance flexibility and durability.
“The unique and exciting designs throughout this collection, whether it’s a brand-new product or an update to one of our all-time favorites, will appeal to a wide range of golfers,†said Jesper Thuen, general manager of Ecco Golf USA, touting that 90 percent of Ecco customers buy a second pair. “Finding a pair of golf shoes that fits your style is important, but what sets our shoes apart can only be experienced when they are worn.â€
Additional Ecco collection updates and introductions include: a standard lace women’s option for the Biom C4; a redesigned S-Three with a thinner, lighter tongue that’s more fitted to the foot; the Golf Core available in original leather or light, breathable mesh for men and women; a sneaker-style Golf Tray with innovative traction system for on and off the course; and a reworked Biom H4 with a slimmer toe area and redesigned tongue that fits more comfortably to the foot.
