Callaway completes its Paradym family construction shift with fairways and hybrids designed to maximize specific players’ performances.
Each of the three Paradym fairway models ($350) – the standard, X and Triple Diamond – boast new construction that eliminates weight from the body and repositions it for higher gains in speed and MOI.
The two hybrid models ($300) – Paradym and Paradym X – feature the Cutwave Sole design to improve the club’s performance through the turf, which Callaway says makes it the company’s most versatile hybrid.
The fairway models implement similar construction changes to its Paradym driver line. Its A.I.-designed Jailbreak Batwing structure has been pushed to the clubhead’s perimeter to stiffen the body while still allowing the face to flex for higher ball speed.
The standard Paradym fairway features progressive shaping that fits the widest range of player types who want a high launching fairway wood with a neutral ball flight. Paradym X will fit players looking for its most forgiving shape with a high launch and a slight draw bias, featuring a forged carbon toe patch that redistributes weight to the heel to make it easier to turn over. The Paradym Triple Diamond is the most compact fairway wood shape with a deeper face at address, designed for stronger players who are looking for a penetrating ball flight with lower spin.
Callaway adapted its best speed technologies from the fairway woods and implemented them into hybrids for maximum distance. This includes the Tungsten Speed Cartridge, Jailbreak with Batwing Technology and an A.I. Designed 455 Face Cup.
The Paradym hybrid is for golfers who want a mid-sized, wood-shaped hybrid that’s long with versatility and control. Paradym X hybrid is built for golfers looking for a full-sized, wood-shaped hybrid that’s long, with excellent versatility and forgiveness.
