Ecco Golf’s special-edition fashion and shoe collection aims to celebrate the different, and sometimes unexpected, flavors of golf.
The “New Flavor of Golf” collection mixes fashion with functionality and athletic performance in shoes built with Ecco’s advanced technologies and premium leathers. The limited collection is playful, youthful and fashion-forward, inspired by style-driven fashion culture where apparel makes a statement beyond just on-course performance.
With tasty colors dubbed pistachio, stracciatella, raspberry and hazelnut-honey, the four limited-edition shoes are each inspired by a flavor of ice cream. Each shoe in the collection features a marble effect designed to resemble swirls of melting ice cream, with the Ecco logo on the insole in the shape of an ice cream cone.
“This capsule collection represents a huge opportunity for Ecco Golf – to both step forward in golf fashion and to step outside of the box that confines the sport,” said Timo Vollrath, head of global marketing.
The collection – worn by Ecco tour ambassadors Lydia Ko and Erik van Rooyen – offers refreshing takes on existing shoes, including the raspberry edition of the women's Ecco Golf Tray with pink. The Stracciatella version of the men’s Classic Hybrid, with its white leather and a “chocolatey” outsole, has a penny loafer design.
Additionally, the women's edition of the Biom C4 is offered in hazelnut-honey with rich, brown accents, while the men's version of the shoe comes in pistachio with green accents.
