After playing one too many rounds in the rain, Sun Mountain’s innovators applied their rainwear expertise to building waterproof golf bags.
The Sun Mountain H2NO collection of waterproof bags includes cart bags and carry bags, all constructed with waterproof fabric, seal-taped seams and waterproof zippers.
The H2NO carry bags feature a dual strap system for a balanced carry across both shoulders, integrated handles for ease in picking up and setting down, a top-molded stand attachment for stability, patented roller-bottom stand mechanism for easy leg activation and leg lock straps and a cart-friendly bottom that will fit into a cart’s bag well.
The H2NO Litespeed ($329.99) is the lightest option (4.4 pounds) in the waterproof golf bag collection with a smaller, 7.5-inch top, updated hip pad and a zippered water bottle pocket.
The H2NO 14-Way Stand Bag ($359.99) offers a roomy 8.5-inch top with 14 individual dividers running the full length of the bag to organize and protect clubs. Among the bag’s seven pockets are a full-length apparel pocket, cooler pocket with magnetic closure, multiple accessory pockets, and dual velour-lined valuables pockets.
For the cart golfer, H2NO Lite Cart Bag ($359.99) features a nine-inch top with 14 individual club dividers plus a putter tube, and seven pockets including two full-length apparel pockets, a hydration pocket, multiple accessory pockets and a velour-lined valuables pocket. A cart strap pass-through runs behind the long pockets so the bag can be secured on a cart without blocking pocket access. And the bottom of the golf bag is molded to fit over the lower bag rest of Sun Mountain golf push carts and minimizes side-to-side movement.
