Applications for the signature scholarship of the American Indian College Fund, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, are now open for the 2019–2020 school year. The College Fund distributes millions of dollars annually to thousands of Native students seeking undergraduate and graduate degrees at nonprofit, accredited schools. There are no financial need requirements. Only 1 percent of college students are Indigenous, and they experience poverty at almost double the rate of the general population. For many of these students, support like the Full Circle Scholarship funds is a crucial component of their academic success.
