What do sheet pan dinners and closet cleanups have to do with saving energy?
To find out the answer, check out Conserve, a new online energy efficiency resource offered by South Jersey Gas and Elizabethtown Gas, subsidiaries of South Jersey Industries Inc.
Accessible through the utilities’ websites, Conserve offers tips and information to help customers decrease their energy consumption, lower their energy bills and reduce their impact on the environment, while maintaining comfort at home or work.
“By offering meaningful and innovative energy efficiency solutions to help customers reduce their carbon footprint, we are putting the power in the hands of our community to help fight climate change and protect the environment,” Maureen Minkel, director, energy efficiency, SJI Utilities, told American Gas.
Deborah Franco, SJI Utilities vice president, rates, regulatory & sustainability, said it’s important to offer programs like these that help utilities and their customers partner for a better tomorrow.
“The more utilities who join in the effort in making energy efficiency easy for the end user, the bigger impact we can make in the energy industry,” Franco told American Gas.
