CenterPoint Energy, Inc. announced the following leadership promotions and appointments: Scott E. Doyle, executive vice president, natural gas, was named executive vice president, utility operations, overseeing the natural gas and electric utility operations of the company; Lynne Harkel-Rumford, senior vice president and chief human resources officer, was promoted to executive vice president and chief human resources officer; Monica Karuturi, senior vice president and general counsel, was promoted to executive vice president and general counsel; and Jason M. Ryan, senior vice president, regulatory services and government affairs, was promoted to executive vice president, regulatory services and government affairs. Also, Kristie L. Colvin, senior vice president and chief accounting officer, has become senior vice president, finance, and will no longer serve as chief accounting officer. With Colvin’s appointment, Stacey L. Peterson was named senior vice president and chief accounting officer.
At Chesapeake Utilities Corporation, Jeff Sylvester was promoted to chief operating officer and assumes responsibilities for the company’s business operations, including oversight of the nonregulated operations, in addition to the current responsibilities for the company’s regulated segments. Kevin Webber was promoted to chief development officer, responsible for business development, energy logistics, sales and the incubation of new business opportunities such as renewable natural gas, hydrogen and a new environmental sustainability office. Michael Galtman was promoted to senior vice president and chief accounting officer, overseeing the technical accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis and planning functions for the company. Mike Cassel was promoted to vice president, governmental and regulatory affairs, where he will continue to strengthen efforts in gas advocacy with external stakeholders and advance strategic regulatory efforts. Stacie Roberts was promoted to vice president, corporate governance, where she will continue to provide guidance to the company’s leadership team, including the board of directors, on corporate governance and compliance matters. And Lindsay Orr was promoted to assistant vice president and associate general counsel, where she will continue to help develop and expand the company’s internal legal efforts.
New Jersey Resources announced a series of executive and senior leadership promotions: Patrick Migliaccio was named senior vice president and chief operating officer of New Jersey Natural Gas; Roberto Bel was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer of NJR; Sean Annitto will succeed Vice President Timothy Shea—who is retiring from NJR Energy Services this month—and will lead NJR’s unregulated wholesale natural gas marketing business; Robert Pohlman was promoted to vice president of strategy, communications, government relations and policy of NJR; and Daniel Sergott was promoted to treasurer of NJR.
