Randy Crawford is now president and CEO of AltaGas Ltd., and Mark Lowther is now president of AltaGas Utilities. Greg Johnson has retired.
Chesapeake Utilities Corp. has appointed Jeffry M. Householder as president and CEO, replacing Michael P. McMasters, who has retired. McMasters will continue as a member of the board of directors. The company also announced two executive appointments for its Delmarva natural gas distribution operations and mid-Atlantic propane gas distribution operation: Shane E. Breakie has been promoted to assistant vice president of Chesapeake Utilities, and Andrew R. Hesson has been promoted to vice president of Sharp Energy Inc., the company’s mid-Atlantic propane distribution business unit. Bob Zola, president of Sharp Energy, has retired.
Dominion Energy has announced the formation of a new operating segment that will contain SCANA Corporation’s existing operating and services companies. The leader of the operating segment, Southeast Energy Group, is P. Rodney Blevins, senior vice president and chief information officer at Dominion Energy, who became president and CEO of Southeast Energy Group when the combination between Dominion Energy and SCANA Corporation was completed Jan. 1. He reports directly to Thomas F. Farrell II, the company’s chairman, president and CEO. Members of Blevins’ leadership team include W. Keller Kissam, who has become president of electric operations, Southeast Energy Group. He continues to be responsible for all non-nuclear generation and transmission and distribution operations at South Carolina Electric & Gas Company. Kissam has also been named president of electric operations for Dominion Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary, SCE&G. D. Russell “Rusty” Harris has become vice president and general manager of gas operations, Southeast Energy Group. He continues to be responsible for gas utility operations at SCE&G and Public Service Company of North Carolina Inc. and for SCANA Energy. In addition, Iris N. Griffin has been named vice president of financial management and integration, Southeast Energy Group, responsible for operating segment finances and the integration of the companies for the operating segment. Griffin has also been named treasurer for Dominion Energy’s wholly owned subsidiaries, PSNC Energy and SCE&G.
At Entergy Corp., David Ellis is now president and CEO of utility subsidiary Entergy New Orleans LLC. Ellis comes to Entergy New Orleans from energy consulting firm Global Power Technologies, where he was president and CEO.
At NiSource, Randy Hulen, vice president for investor relations, will assume the role of treasurer, and Shawn Anderson will serve as both vice president for strategy and chief risk officer.
At Southern California Gas, Bret Lane is now CEO, Maryam Brown is president and Jimmie Cho is chief operating officer.
