The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art (New York City, New York)
The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art is a private institution located on the edge of the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Nearly 850 students come to this campus each year and primarily study art, architecture, and engineering. The sole on-campus residence hall is the 29 3rd Avenue Student Residence Hall. Preference is given to first-year students to live here. They also get the first right of refusal for this housing option before upper-division students can apply to live there.
