Utah Valley University is a growing campus that has found its enrollment topping 40,000 students, making it the largest university in the state. Throughout this evolution, the campus has focused on supporting that growth with new academic buildings, and on-campus student housing has not yet been a priority. As such, developers are stepping in and providing UVU students with nearby and attractive housing options. The latest is Axis Luxury Student Housing, just a short walk from campus across a newly completed pedestrian bridge which connects housing facilities and the main campus.
Axis Luxury Student Living consists of two six-story buildings that offer four-, three-, and one-bedroom units with full kitchens, laundry, and living areas. It provides 1,044 beds and is considered one of the biggest student housing projects in the state. Amenities include a pool, hot tubs, a bocce ball play area, fire pits, and an inviting landscaping. Outside, there are walkways from the complex to nearby cycling and running paths as well as outdoor areas where residents can enjoy the views of the majestic Mount Timpanogos. Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, recording studio, theater, study rooms, lounges, game rooms, and an Amazon locker facility where residents can pick up their online purchases. A six-story parking garage offers 432 spots, and covered stalls under the two buildings offer 211 more. Bicycle storage is provided on the ground level in both buildings.
