It was just over a year ago that the pandemic brought about such uncertainty in all of our lives. Yet, as I reflect back, I’m awestruck at the resiliency, courage, and confidence of so many—from frontline workers to everyday folks—who joined together to get us to where we are today. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention further improvements we’ve made as we digitally transform many of our services.
